It’s difficult for me to ascertain because I don’t know what the neckline of the dress looks like. But, from what I do know, I would do one of two things. Either wear a simple gold/silver necklace or a neutral-tone statement collar necklace. You can wear bracelets as well if you like, but try not to make them colorful (metallic will do), as they might make your outfit a bit too loud when combined with the floral print of your dress.
